Work hours for a specific date

A date override replaces your weekly work hours for that date.

Use it for:

• A full day off.
• Shorter or longer work hours.
• Work hours on a day marked Unavailable.

For example, if your work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, an override of 10 AM to 2 PM makes only 10 AM to 2 PM available that day.

You can edit your own work hours. An admin can edit another active team member's work hours.

Set time off

Change your work hours for a day

1. Open Add an override and select the dates.
2. Leave Mark unavailable (All day) off.
3. Set a start and end time.
4. Add another range if you need a break.
5. Select Save override.

Each end time must come after its start. Ranges cannot overlap.

The same work hours apply to every date selected in this dialog.

Edit a saved day off or changed work hours

1. Find the date in the override list.
2. Select its edit icon.
3. Change the work hours or the full-day setting.
4. Select Update override.

Editing keeps the selected date. To use another date, add a new override.

Return a date to weekly work hours

1. Find the date in the override list.
2. Select its delete icon.
3. Select Save changes on the Working hours page.

The date returns to its weekly work hours once you select Save changes.

Only current and upcoming overrides appear in the list.

How time off affects bookings

Existing visits keep their booked times.

The service's start-time rules still apply. To offer Saturday bookings, both the inspector's work hours and the service's start times must allow Saturday.

Use Set appointment start times to change that rule, or Fix booking problems to check other causes.
