Noma billing
Change billing cycle
Switch between monthly and annual Noma billing.
An Admin or Billing manager opens Settings → Billing and selects Edit cycle.
Review and save
- In Edit billing cycle, choose Monthly or Annual.
- Review your terms and the Starts on date.
- Select Switch to monthly or Switch to annual.
The change starts at the date shown, with no charge today. A monthly offer may delay annual billing until it ends.
Keep the current cycle
Choose the current cycle, review Renews on, and select Keep monthly or Keep annual to remove a scheduled switch.
If billing is ending, keep billing active before changing its cycle.
