Noma billing

Pay for Noma

Start and manage your company's Noma subscription.

Open Settings → Billing. An Admin or Billing manager manages billing.

Your subscription pays for Noma. Noma payments collects money from clients. Both use the same setup journey.

Start billing

  1. Select Start billing to open payments and subscription setup.
  2. If shown, select Start setup, then Subscription. You can start billing without connecting client payments.
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual. Review your terms, member count, credit, and Due today. Annual billing is paid upfront.
  4. Select Continue and complete the payment form inside Noma.

Add a card or bank account, even if nothing is due today. If bank verification is required, finish that check before setup completes.

After confirmation, Noma returns to payment settings. Check your saved status in Billing. An unfinished signup shows Resume payment there.

Read your subscription

Monthly billing or Annual billing shows your status, active member count, and Next renewal. During a trial, use First subscription charge. When billing is ending, use Billing ends.

Review the displayed terms, any scheduled changes, and unused annual seats. Estimated next charge appears when the next bill differs from the recurring total.

Other members can see the status, member count, and dates. Financial details and billing actions are restricted.
