Every active company member counts, including the owner and every role. Pending invitations are free.
Review your terms and active count in Settings → Billing.
Monthly and annual seats

For example, removing a member from an annual plan leaves a paid seat for their replacement. Adding someone beyond the paid seat count needs an extra seat.
During a trial, roster changes affect the first paid bill. Annual seat commitments begin with the paid period.
Other charges
- Company base fee applies to the company, separate from member prices.
- One-time onboarding fee applies only to the first payment when included in your agreement.
- Seat discounts reduce seat prices; they do not reduce these company fees.
- Invoice credit reduces the amount due.
Only applicable charges appear in your bill. Review before starting payment.
