Cancel or restart billing
End, keep, or restart your Noma subscription.
An Admin or Billing manager opens Settings → Billing.
Cancel billing
Select Cancel billing, review the end date, and confirm Cancel billing.
Billing ends at the current period's end. Noma access stays available. Unpaid bills remain owed, and any scheduled cycle change is removed.
Keep billing active
Before the end date, select Keep billing active, review the renewal date, and confirm Keep billing active. Noma keeps the current cycle; a removed cycle change is not restored.
Restart billing
After billing ends, select Restart billing and complete the subscription setup.
Pay remaining bills first. If paid coverage remains or Noma shows a restart date, wait until that date. Paying old bills does not restart billing automatically.
Your agreed terms remain. Restarting does not grant a new trial or add another onboarding fee. A used offer does not start over.
