Download the Noma app
Install Noma on iOS or Android and sign in with your existing account.
Before you install
You need:
- Access to a Noma company.
- Your first account setup completed in the web dashboard.
- The Inspector role in the company you want to use.
Your company admin can add the Inspector role. Use the same Noma account on the web and in the app.
Android access
Android installation currently requires approval for the Google account you use in Google Play. That email can be different from your Noma sign-in email.
Install Noma
Install on iOS
- On your iPhone, open Noma in the App Store.
- Download the app.
- Open Noma and sign in with your existing Noma account.
From a computer, scan this code with your iPhone camera:
Open the right company
If Noma asks you to choose a company, select the one where you work as an inspector.
Your roles are set separately for each company.
Fix mobile sign-in or access problems
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Continue setup on the web | Open Noma in a browser with the same account and finish the first setup screens. Return to the app afterward. |
| Inspector access needed | Ask an admin to add the Inspector role in the selected company. |
| The waitlist | Check that this is the account that received access. Contact Darrel if access still looks wrong. |
| Google Play cannot open the app | Check the Google account selected in Google Play. Send that account email to Darrel if it has not received access. |
| The wrong company | Choose the company from your invitation. Ask an admin to check the invitation email if it is missing. |
