Building details
See how AI-read exterior finishes help fill a termite report's General description.
Noma AI can identify broad exterior wall finishes from saved property photos. These labels help start the termite report's General description.
Read the visible exterior
The photo check looks for clear stucco, siding, shingles, brick, stone, or metal on substantial parts of the main building. Unclear finishes stay out. Roofs, trim, foundations, and nearby buildings do not supply wall finishes.
This optional background step needs a connection. It does not change the property's other saved facts.
Review General description
When Noma starts the description, code combines the saved building type, floor count, and accepted finish labels into a short sentence. AI identifies the finishes; it does not write this whole sentence or infer concealed construction.
For a known two-story single-family home with that finish, the starting text is:
Two-story single-family home with a siding exterior.
Open the termite report's cover, review General description, and edit it to match the inspection. Report edits save automatically.
Existing report wording stays unchanged when property finish labels arrive or change. A report can still need a manual description when the building facts or photos are incomplete.
