Termite diagram drafts

Review the starting termite diagram Noma AI draws from property evidence.

For a new termite visit, Noma AI can prepare a starting diagram in the background. A visit copied from an earlier inspection may keep that drawing instead.

Start with property evidence

The draft uses available building outlines, aerial imagery, floor plans, and property photos. AI selects relevant outdoor photos and checks its proposed drawing against the evidence.

The current automatic drawing can include:

PartWhat to review
Exterior wallsMain-floor outline, corners, extensions, and orientation.
Decks and porchesSupported platform shapes, placement, and visible walking surfaces.
Entry stairsSupported shape, position, size, and visible steps.

Missing or unclear evidence can leave parts out or produce no starting drawing. Sizes based on imagery are draft estimates; check them against the building.

Review and edit

Open the visit's termite diagram. Creating diagram means preparation is still running. You can open it while it finishes.

Starting your own drawing stops further automatic changes. Use the existing tools to correct walls, add rooms and openings, and place findings. Finished edits save automatically.

Generation needs a connection. Once saved, the mobile drawing can be edited locally and synced later.
