Report writing

Review AI grammar cleanup and automatic property finding titles.

Choose your inspector type

Noma AI helps prepare your own inspection wording. It works from authored text, rather than diagnosing a defect from a photo.

Clean report wording

Finish fieldwork starts online report preparation. Noma cleans clear grammar, punctuation, spelling, dictation errors, and unrelated filler while keeping the inspector's meaning.

The cleanup preserves the document's formatting. Finding IDs, photos, stored prices, and package links stay in place. Review the prepared wording before finishing the report.

Property cleanup includes finding bodies and equipment descriptions you wrote.

Field notes
1 / 2

Termite cleanup includes finding descriptions, recommendations, and finding notes. Review the prepared text in the report workspace.

If a cleanup step fails, the source wording stays. Use the preparation retry when offered; see report help.

Write missing finding titles

New property findings can receive a short title from their text when they save or sync. The source may be typing, voice, or an inserted comment. Photos are not used to write these titles.

An existing title stays unchanged. A title you deliberately leave blank also stays blank. Editing an existing finding does not request a new title.

Mobile saves remain local and immediate; title generation waits for a connection. Finish fieldwork also checks remaining missing titles. A failed or unclear title result does not block an otherwise valid finding save.

Keep control of the report

Review and edit the draft in the usual report workspace. Preparation does not publish or email it. Issued reports stay fixed; create a revision to change an issued copy.
