Set up and share your booking page
Add your company introduction, choose the services to show, and share your booking link.
Before you start
Your company needs access to Noma and completed first-time company setup.
Create at least one service that supports public booking. Check that an active inspector has work hours that allow it.
An admin can edit the company booking-page settings.
Set your company booking link
Set the Booking link
Under Booking link, edit the last part of the company's URL.
Choose a short name customers can recognize. If the link is already in use, choose another.
Add a Page introduction
Under Page introduction, add anything customers should know before choosing a service.
Use the editor's text and list controls to keep it short. For example, explain what inspections you offer or what customers should have ready.
Select text to apply bold, italic, underline, color, or a link. Use the text-style menu for headings and lists.
The introduction is visible to everyone who opens your booking page.
Changing the company link also changes the company part of your service links. Copy the new links and update them wherever you shared them.
Set the company details
Your booking page uses the name, logo, and public contact details from your company settings.
Update the name, logo, phone number, or location in Settings → Company.
Choose which services appear
Open Booking → Services.
- Turn a service's visibility switch on to show it on the company page.
- Turn it off to hide it from the company list.
- Drag the service handle to change the order.
The list saves these changes as you make them.
A hidden service can still have a working link
Hiding only removes a service from the company list. Its direct link can still accept bookings. Supplemental and reinspection termite services are internal-only and cannot accept public bookings.
Share a company or service booking link
| Link | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Company booking link | Customers should choose from the services shown on your public page. |
| Service booking link | Customers should go straight to one service. |
Get the company link from Settings → Booking page, or the Public booking page link in Booking.
Get a service link from its row's Copy link action or from the service editor after saving.
Share links in an email, on your website, or in a message. Customers can open them on a phone or computer.
Review the page before sharing
- Save company and service changes.
- Open the company booking link.
- Check the introduction, contact details, and service order.
- Open a service and review its price, add-ons, and description.
- Enter a sample property and check that expected times appear.
You can review every step before Confirm inspection. Selecting it creates a real appointment.
The preview inside a service editor uses sample data. Use the saved public page when checking real availability.
If your booking page is empty or unavailable
Check that the company has access, its initial setup is complete, and at least one eligible service is shown publicly.
A service also needs valid inspection setup. A property service needs its template; a termite service must use a publicly bookable report type.
