NomaControl payment links and booking changes
Choose whether customers see a payment link and can change or cancel their booking.
Open Confirmation screen
Open Booking → Services, select the service, and open Confirmation screen.
Set the options below, then select Save.
Set payment, cancellation, and rescheduling options

When a payment link appears
With Show payment link on, a link appears when the booking has an open invoice for an amount above 0 and online payments are ready.
A link may be missing when:
- Customer payment setup is not ready.
- The booking is free.
- The price still needs to be confirmed.
- The invoice is no longer open.
- The service's payment-link option is off.
Noma creates an invoice for bookings with a known price above 0, even while customer payment setup is in progress.
If the visit's report is locked until payment, the confirmation can show that note beside a usable payment link. This section does not change the report's payment-lock setting.
What customers see after booking
The confirmation shows the inspection, date and time, property, inspector, and any customer instructions.
It can also show:
- Download calendar for a calendar file.
- A payment action when available.
- Reschedule when allowed.
- Cancel when allowed.
Download calendar saves a file the customer can add to their calendar app.
When customers can cancel or reschedule
Customers can change upcoming visits that are still scheduled. The actions close once a visit has started, is cancelled, or has a cancellation in progress.
These switches also control the actions on existing booking links. The booked date and time stay unchanged.
If the customer cannot change it, they should contact the inspection company.
Preview the booking confirmation
The preview inside the editor uses draft settings and sample data.
Preview in the header opens the saved public page. Save first to see the new settings there.
On a confirmed booking, the available actions depend on the visit's status and invoice.
