Set booking limits
Choose how much notice you need, reserve time around visits, and limit booking frequency.
Open Availability
Open Booking → Services, select the service, and open Availability.
These rules belong to this service. They work alongside each inspector's work hours.
Select Save after changing the rules.
Set minimum notice
- Enter a value in Minimum notice.
- Choose Minutes, Hours, or Days.
- Select Save.
Notice controls how far ahead a customer must book. For example, 24 hours of notice hides times less than 24 hours from now.
Each day adds 24 hours of notice. Set the value to 0 to accept bookings without advance notice.
Leave time before or after a visit
Set these fields in minutes:
| Field | What it reserves |
|---|---|
| Before appointment | Time before the scheduled visit starts. |
| After appointment | Time after the scheduled visit ends. |
Use 0 when you do not need a buffer on that side.
For a visit from 10 AM to noon with 30 minutes before and after, Noma needs 9:30 AM through 12:30 PM to be free.
The full block must fit in work hours without crossing a break or another occupied time.
Buffers leave a fixed amount of time for preparation or travel. The customer's price and displayed visit length stay the same.

Set limits per inspector or for the company
| Scope | Example with a limit of 2 per day |
|---|---|
| Per inspector | Each inspector can receive up to 2 bookings of this service that day. |
| Entire company | The company can receive up to 2 bookings of this service that day across its inspectors. |
Each limit counts bookings of this service.
A booking is counted in the period when it starts. Per-inspector periods use that inspector's working time zone. Company periods use the company time zone.
Weeks run Monday through Sunday. Months follow calendar months.
Combine limits
Every limit must allow the booking.
For example, with 2 per day and 8 per week, a day can still show no times when the weekly limit is already reached.
You can have one limit for each period. Turn off Limit booking frequency to stop applying frequency caps.
Limit the times a visit can start
The same Availability section includes Limit when appointments can start.
Use it for a schedule such as 9 AM and 1 PM starts. See Set appointment start times for default and inspector-specific times.
Check available times on your booking page
Save the service before opening its public booking page.
Enter a property address and choose add-ons to see which times fit your saved rules. The editor preview uses sample availability.
The saved rules apply to new bookings and rescheduling. Existing visits keep their booked times.
If an expected time is missing, follow Fix booking problems.
